overall a decent stay
station proximity food availability varied menu check-in delay large queue faulty remote
the hotel's proximity to the train station was super convenient for my arrival. i found the food available all day was quite handy. the menu had enough choices that i found something i liked.
i requested an early check-in well in advance but it wasn't available when i arrived. there was a huge queue at 3 pm when i returned to check in. the room i got had some issues such as the tv remote not working properly.

the breakfast buffet included both self-service options and freshly cooked dishes. I found the food to be excellent. my room was well furnished. the large shower was excellent too.

a satisfactory stay
modern interior helpful staff amazing smell non-functioning facility building site
the hotel lobby had a modern interior. it even smelled amazing upon entering. the staff member gavin was very helpful. he really couldn't do enough .
some facilities in the room didn't work. i was assured minimal disruption would occur. the reception area was like a building site. only one lift was functioning.

i had a standard king room. the room was clean and modern. a wide selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate was available.
my coffee machine still had a used pod in it.
