the hotel's proximity to the train station was super convenient for my arrival. i found the food available all day was quite handy. the menu had enough choices that i found something i liked.
i requested an early check-in well in advance but it wasn't available when i arrived. there was a huge queue at 3 pm when i returned to check in. the room i got had some issues such as the tv remote not working properly.

the hotel lobby had a modern interior. it even smelled amazing upon entering. the staff member gavin was very helpful. he really couldn't do enough .
some facilities in the room didn't work. i was assured minimal disruption would occur. the reception area was like a building site.
